Corrugated Spectacles are puppeteers Caitlin Ross and Denise Rogers Valenzuela, united by their interest in cardboard, political puppetry, and whimsy, they created Variety Box in 2021. Since then, they have presented different iterations of their cardboard toy theatre circus at Objecto Festival in Toronto (November 2021), OUF! Festival Off Casteliers in Montreal (May 2022), Festival Phénomena (2023) and Cabot Arts Festival in Vermont (2024). More recently they have been working on The First Supper (2026), which they presented at La Porte Rouge in April.
